3–5 Days Before Your Session
Avoid Alcohol Consumption. Alcohol can cause puffiness and dehydration that becomes visible on camera.
Do Not Drastically Change Hair Color or Style. Sudden changes may not photograph as expected and can impact confidence.
Practice Your Poses in Advance. Spend a few minutes in front of a full-length mirror to become comfortable with angles and posture.
The Night Before
Sleep Well. Aim for a full night’s rest so your skin and eyes appear refreshed.
Hydrate. Drink water consistently to maintain skin clarity and energy.

The Day of Your Session
Wake Up at Least 5 Hours Before Your Appointment. This reduces puffiness and fatigue.
