Payment Deadline
Payment must be completed no later than Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
The special $4,500 investment and associated complimentary benefits are contingent upon payment being completed by this deadline.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
The CityBox Cover Star Executive Experience™ is a customized editorial, photography, creative, event, and production engagement. All payments are final and non-refundable.
Upon receipt of payment, CityBox begins reserving production dates, photographers, venues, editorial and creative resources, styling partners, event resources, and other services required to produce the experience.
Rescheduling
CityBox may work with participants to reschedule photography, interviews, or other production components when circumstances require.
Rescheduling is subject to photographer, venue, vendor, editorial, and production availability. Additional third-party expenses resulting from client-requested changes may be billed separately.
Client Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
CityBox will make reasonable efforts to accommodate delays resulting from severe weather, illness, emergencies, venue closures, transportation interruptions, or similar circumstances.
Client-related delays including missed deadlines, unavailable participants, postponed interviews, delayed approvals, missed photography sessions, or failure to provide requested materials—may affect publication schedules and may result in additional production costs.
