Payment, Cancellation & Production Terms
The CityBox Cover Star Executive Experience™ is a customized editorial, photography, creative, marketing, styling, and event-production engagement.
Following acceptance and payment, CityBox may begin committing editorial, photography, styling, creative, production, and other resources specifically to Steven and Alisha’s experience.
Payments are therefore final and non-refundable after the engagement has been accepted and production has commenced, except where otherwise required by law or where CityBox is unable to provide the contracted experience or a substantially comparable alternative.
Participant-requested scheduling changes are subject to photographer, venue, styling partner, vendor, editorial, and production availability.
Additional third-party expenses resulting from participant-requested changes may be billed separately with prior notice.
Severe weather, illness, emergencies, venue closures, vendor interruptions, transportation disruptions, or circumstances outside the reasonable control of the parties may require certain components to be rescheduled, relocated, modified, or substituted.
