• One professionally directed executive portrait session lasting approximately 10 minutes, with a maximum of 15 minutes.

Your portraits are ideal for professional biographies, LinkedIn, company websites, marketing materials, speaking engagements, media features, and social media.

Important: The $299 photography investment covers one individual only. Each participating leader requires a separate photography reservation and payment.

Group, team, and organizational photography services are not included and must be arranged separately.

Your selected fashion pieces are provided exclusively for use during your scheduled CityBox photo shoot.

If you love your outfit and would like to keep it, you may purchase the fashion pieces directly from Dillard's.

When to Schedule: Please contact Wendy to arrange your complimentary fashion fitting at least one to two weeks before your photography appointment.

Billing: Fashion styling and the use of selected wardrobe pieces for your photography session are complimentary. Any clothing or accessories you choose to keep must be purchased and paid for directly at Dillard's.

Wardrobe pieces not purchased must be returned according to Dillard's arrangements.

2. Complimentary Makeup Application

Complete your portrait experience with a complimentary makeup application at Dillard's on the day of your scheduled photography session.

Whether you prefer a natural, polished look or a more defined, camera-ready appearance, the Dillard's beauty team can help you feel confident and prepared.

If you love the makeup or beauty products used during your appointment, you may purchase them directly from Dillard's.

When to Schedule: Please contact Rena in advance to reserve your complimentary makeup appointment for the same day as your photo shoot.

Important: Allow at least two hours for your makeup application and preparation, plus additional travel time to the photography location.

Plan to arrive at your photo session at least 10 minutes early, fully dressed and camera-ready.

Billing: Your makeup application is complimentary. Makeup, skincare, or beauty products you choose to purchase are paid for directly at Dillard's.

No beauty product purchase is required.

All complimentary Dillard's experiences are optional and subject to appointment and merchandise availability.

YOUR CITYBOX LEADERSHIP PHOTOGRAPHY

Your CityBox Signature Portrait Experience™ includes two professionally edited digital portraits.

For CityBox Index participating leaders, the two included portraits will be incorporated into your individual CityBox Index Leadership Profile, subject to CityBox editorial and visual standards.

For CityBox Magazine participating leaders, photography selection and publication will follow the editorial requirements and arrangements applicable to your magazine feature.

Would You Like Additional Photographs?

Additional professionally edited digital portraits may be purchased directly from the photographer at their applicable pricing.

Eligible CityBox Index participating leaders may purchase up to two additional portraits for inclusion in their individual CityBox Index Leadership Profile at no additional CityBox placement charge.

This allows eligible CityBox Index leaders to feature up to four professional portraits within their leadership presentation.

Additional photographs, advanced retouching, or other photography services are not included in the standard $299 investment.

PHOTOGRAPHY APPOINTMENTS & ARRIVAL

CityBox Signature Portrait Experiences™ are offered on select dates and weekends, generally four times per month, subject to availability.

Each participating leader receives an individually scheduled photography appointment.

Session Duration: Approximately 10 minutes, with a maximum of 15 minutes.

Arrival Requirement: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment, fully dressed and camera-ready.

All fashion styling, makeup application, hair preparation, and personal grooming must be completed before your photography session begins.

Late arrivals may reduce the available photography time.

Please Note: Your $299 photography investment covers your individual photography session and two professionally edited digital portraits. It does not include purchases of clothing, accessories, beauty products, or additional photographs.

PHOTOGRAPHY PAYMENT & RESERVATION POLICY

Advance Payment Required

The $299 photography investment is payable directly to CityBox and must be completed to reserve your individual photography appointment.

Photography payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or under CityBox's provider-cancellation provisions.

Rescheduling

One participant-requested reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours' advance notice, subject to available appointments and a $49 rescheduling fee.

The fee is waived for qualifying severe weather disruptions and CityBox-initiated scheduling changes. It may also be waived for an approved serious unforeseen personal emergency.

A CityBox-initiated or qualifying weather-related reschedule does not count toward your one permitted personal reschedule.

Once a participant-requested replacement appointment is confirmed, the new appointment is final.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the photography investment.

Photography reservations are assigned to the registered individual and are nontransferable.

If CityBox or its designated photographer cannot conduct the scheduled session, an alternative appointment or appropriate refund will be offered as applicable.

IMPORTANT PARTICIPATION INFORMATION

The CityBox Signature Portrait Experience™ is a required photography component for participating leaders whose CityBox Index or CityBox Magazine arrangements specify this requirement.

The $299 one-time photography investment is separate from any applicable CityBox Index membership fees or CityBox Magazine participation arrangements.

Photography is provided in accordance with applicable CityBox editorial and visual standards, and digital image use is subject to the photographer's licensing terms.

Participation in a photography session does not independently guarantee additional editorial coverage, advertising placements, publicity, or business opportunities beyond the participant's separately established CityBox arrangements.

STEP 2 | Schedule Your Complimentary Fashion Fitting (Optional)

STEP 3 | Schedule Your Complimentary Makeup Appointment (Optional)

Contact Rena Howell at Dillard's at (850) 375-3835 to arrange your makeup application on the day of your photo shoot.

Allow at least two hours for makeup and preparation, plus sufficient travel time.

STEP 4 | Arrive Camera-Ready

Arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled photography appointment, fully dressed and prepared for your portrait session.
