Publication dates are subject to the timely completion of interviews, photography, approvals, and all requested editorial materials.
Signature Executive Portrait Experience
A professionally directed executive editorial portrait session at a CityBox-approved studio, venue, or editorial location.
The session will create timeless, polished imagery that reflects the leadership, professionalism, personality, and vision of the featured executives and organization.
Complimentary Executive Styling Experience
Each featured executive will receive a complimentary styling experience with a CityBox-approved retail or wardrobe partner before the photography session.
The styling experience includes:
Professional wardrobe consultation
Up to three wardrobe selections per person for the editorial photography session
Preferred pricing should the participant choose to purchase any selected garments
Wardrobe selections are provided exclusively for use during the editorial photography session. Garments are not intended to be worn during any editorial unveiling, reception, or related event unless purchased by the participant.

Following publication, the CityBox Magazine feature becomes a lasting executive branding asset that may be shared with clients, prospective clients, professional partners, financial institutions, referral partners, industry leaders, and community stakeholders for years to come.
No-Refund Policy
CityBox Cover Star Experience
The CityBox Cover Star Experience is a customized editorial, creative, photography, branding, and production engagement.
Because each experience requires the advance scheduling and coordination of photographers, creative professionals, venues, editorial resources, production personnel, styling partners, and other third-party vendors, all payments made to CityBox are final and non-refundable.
Upon acceptance of this proposal and receipt of payment, CityBox immediately begins:
Reserving production dates
Coordinating participating vendors
Developing editorial content
Scheduling photography
Allocating editorial and creative resources
Preparing magazine design and production
Developing promotional materials
Coordinating applicable event or unveiling logistics
These commitments result in production expenses, third-party obligations, reserved professional time, and creative work that cannot be recovered or reassigned.
For these reasons, CityBox does not provide refunds for payments made toward the CityBox Cover Star Executive Experience™, Executive Editorial Experience, or any related Signature Edition experience.
Rescheduling
Should a scheduling conflict or unforeseen circumstance arise, CityBox may, at its sole discretion, work with the client to reschedule photography sessions, interviews, editorial production, or an applicable Editorial Unveiling within a reasonable timeframe.
All rescheduling is subject to:
Venue availability
Photographer availability
Vendor availability
Editorial deadlines
Production schedules
Any approved rescheduling may be subject to additional charges resulting from venue changes, vendor fees, schedule changes, or other third-party costs incurred by CityBox.
By accepting this proposal and submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this No-Refund Policy.
Force Majeure and Client Delays
If production is delayed because of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of either party—including severe weather, venue closures, illness, emergencies, government restrictions, transportation interruptions, or similar events—CityBox will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the affected portions of the experience.
Delays caused by the client—including missed deadlines, unavailable participants, postponed interviews, missed photography sessions, delayed approvals, or failure to provide requested materials—may require rescheduling and may result in additional production fees.
