Please contact Rena in advance to reserve your complimentary makeup appointment for the day of your photo shoot.

Important: Allow at least two hours for your makeup application and preparation, plus additional travel time to the photography location.

Plan to arrive at your photography appointment at least 10 minutes early, fully dressed and camera-ready.

All complimentary Dillard's experiences are optional and subject to appointment and merchandise availability.

ADDITIONAL PHOTOGRAPHS

Would you like more than two portraits?

Additional professionally edited digital photographs are available for purchase directly from the photographer at their applicable pricing.

INDIVIDUAL & CORPORATE PHOTOGRAPHY

The $299 investment covers one person and includes two professionally edited digital portraits.

Each additional individual requires a separate photography reservation and payment.

Corporate teams, group portraits, and organizational photography may be arranged separately, subject to availability and custom pricing.

PHOTOGRAPHY APPOINTMENTS

Photography sessions are offered on select dates and weekends, generally four times per month, subject to availability.

Each participant receives an individually scheduled appointment.

Please arrive on time, fully dressed and camera-ready. Wardrobe changes, makeup, and hair preparation must be completed before your session.

Late arrivals may reduce your available photography time.

PAYMENT & RESERVATION POLICY

Advance Payment Required

The $299 photography investment is payable directly to CityBox and must be completed to secure your appointment.

All payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or under the provider-cancellation provisions below.

Rescheduling

One participant-requested reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours' advance notice, subject to availability and a $49 rescheduling fee.

The fee is waived for qualifying severe weather disruptions, CityBox-initiated schedule changes, and may be waived for approved serious unforeseen personal emergencies.

Missed appointments or cancellations without the required notice may result in forfeiture of payment.

If CityBox or its designated photographer cannot provide the scheduled session, an alternative appointment or appropriate refund will be offered.

Reservations are nontransferable.

IMPORTANT PARTICIPATION INFORMATION

This photography experience is available to the general public and is independent of CityBox Index membership.

Purchasing a photography session does not include membership in the CityBox Leadership Index™, editorial recognition, magazine features, or Executive Marketplace digital advertising.

Photography and digital image use are subject to the photographer's applicable licensing terms.
