The CityBox Signature Portrait Experience™ is designed to capture your confidence, personality, and professional presence through beautifully produced editorial-style and cinematic executive photography.

1. WHAT YOUR $299 INCLUDES

Your $299 photography investment includes:

• 10–15-Minute Photography Session: An individual professional portrait session with photography direction and posing guidance.

• Two Professionally Edited Photos: High-resolution digital portraits professionally selected, retouched, and edited.

• CityBox Editorial Use: Your two edited portraits will be used for your CityBox Index Leadership Profile or CityBox Magazine feature, according to your participation arrangements.

• Digital Delivery: Your two professionally edited portraits delivered digitally.

Payment: $299 per person, paid directly to CityBox.

Please Note:

• The $299 covers one individual photography session and two professionally edited portraits.

• Each participating leader must reserve and pay for their own session.

• Personal or independent professional use of the images requires a separate license from the photographer.

2. OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL PHOTOS & USAGE LICENSES

Would you like additional portraits or permission to use your photographs outside CityBox?

The photographer offers the following optional purchases:

• Two Additional Edited Photos: Eligible CityBox Index participating leaders may purchase up to two additional professionally edited portraits for their Leadership Profile, allowing a total of four featured portraits, at no additional CityBox placement charge.

• Personal & Professional Usage License: Purchase permission to use your photos for LinkedIn, company websites, business marketing, social media, professional biographies, and other approved personal or business purposes.

• Additional Photography Services: Extra editing, retouching, or other photography services may be available upon request.

Payment: All additional photographs, photography services, and usage licenses are purchased and paid directly to the photographer.

Pricing: Provided directly by the photographer.

These purchases are entirely optional and are not included in the $299 CityBox photography investment.

Important: Allow at least two hours for makeup and preparation, plus travel time to the photography location.

All complimentary Dillard's experiences are optional and subject to appointment and merchandise availability.

4. PAYMENT & BILLING — WHO TO PAY

• CityBox Signature Portrait Experience — $299: Paid directly to CityBox.

• Dillard's Fashion Styling & Photo-Shoot Wardrobe — COMPLIMENTARY: No styling fee.

• Dillard's Makeup Application — COMPLIMENTARY: No application fee.

• Clothing & Accessories You Choose to Keep — OPTIONAL: Paid directly to Dillard's.

• Makeup & Beauty Products — OPTIONAL: Paid directly to Dillard's.

• Two Additional Edited Portraits — OPTIONAL: Paid directly to the photographer.

• Personal & Professional Photo Usage License — OPTIONAL: Paid directly to the photographer.

There are no required clothing, makeup, or beauty product purchases.

5. PHOTOGRAPHY APPOINTMENTS & ARRIVAL

• Session Duration: 10–15 minutes per person, maximum.

• Arrival: Arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

• Preparation: Arrive fully dressed, makeup completed, and camera-ready.

• Individual Reservations: Each participant must have their own confirmed appointment.

• Group Photography: Team and group portraits are not included in the standard individual session and must be arranged separately.

Late arrivals may reduce your available photography time.

6. PHOTOGRAPHY PAYMENT & RESERVATION POLICY

Advance Payment

• The $299 investment must be paid directly to CityBox to secure your appointment.

• Photography payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or under CityBox's provider-cancellation provisions.

Rescheduling

• One participant-requested reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours' notice.

• A $49 rescheduling fee applies, subject to available appointments.

• The fee is waived for qualifying severe weather disruptions and CityBox-initiated changes and may be waived for an approved serious unforeseen personal emergency.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the photography investment.

• Reservations are nontransferable.

If CityBox or its designated photographer cannot conduct the session, an alternative appointment or applicable refund will be offered.

STEP 2 | Schedule Your Complimentary Fashion Fitting

STEP 3 | Schedule Your Complimentary Makeup Appointment

• Schedule your makeup for the day of your photo shoot.

• Allow at least two hours for makeup and preparation, plus travel time.

STEP 4 | Arrive Camera-Ready

• Arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment.

• Complete all wardrobe, hair, and makeup preparations beforehand.

STEP 5 | Enjoy Your Signature Portrait Experience

• Relax and enjoy your professionally directed 10–15-minute portrait session.

• Your two professionally edited images will be prepared for your designated CityBox Index or CityBox Magazine feature.
