As part of the CityBox Index experience, every member participates in the CityBox Signature Portrait Experience, designed to create a professional, polished, and consistent visual presence across the CityBox leadership ecosystem.
Your Executive Express Portrait Session Includes:

• Two professionally edited high-resolution digital images for personal and business use
• One portrait featured on your CityBox Index business profile
• Professional image retouching, processing, and production services
• A consistent professional image aligned with the CityBox Index brand standards
Designed for Busy Professionals
To accommodate demanding schedules, CityBox offers portrait sessions four times per month on select weekends. Members may choose the session date that best fits their schedule.
The Executive Express Portrait Session requires approximately 10 minutes of your time, providing a convenient and efficient way to establish your professional presence within the CityBox Index.
Photography Investment Policy
The $299 photography investment is required for participation in the CityBox Index and is separate from annual membership dues.
Because photography appointments, studio resources, editing services, and production time are reserved specifically for each member, the photography investment is non-refundable once purchased.
By participating in the CityBox Signature Portrait Experience, members receive professional imagery for their personal use while contributing to a consistent and elevated visual standard across the CityBox Index leadership community.
CityBox Index™ Photography Session
Final Payment and No-Refund Policy
Each CityBox Index™ photography session requires advance scheduling, photographer coordination, editorial review, creative preparation, production planning, and the reservation of dedicated photography and design resources. For these reasons, all photography-session payments are final and non-refundable.
Once payment is received, CityBox Index™ and its designated photographer may immediately begin:
Reserving the photographer and photography-session date
Coordinating the location and production schedule
Reviewing submitted information and photography requirements
Developing the visual and editorial direction
Allocating photography, editing, design, and digital-production resources
Preparing the client’s images for use within the CityBox Index™ platform
Photography Session Deliverables
The $299 photography-session payment includes two to four professionally edited images, selected and prepared according to CityBox Index™ editorial and visual standards.
Should the client wish to obtain additional images from the photography session, those images may be purchased directly from the photographer. Any additional-image purchases, advanced retouching, extended photography time, wardrobe changes, location fees, or other services are separate from the $299 CityBox Index™ photography-session payment.
The photography-session fee will not be refunded because of:
A change in the client’s personal or business plans
Failure to attend the scheduled photography session
Failure to provide requested information, wardrobe, or materials
A request to cancel after the session has been reserved
Dissatisfaction with personal appearance, wardrobe selections, styling, makeup, posing, or creative direction
A preference for images other than those selected or approved for delivery
A decision not to use the delivered images
A lack of inquiries, leads, referrals, sales, publicity, or other business results
The client’s decision to discontinue, rename, restructure, or sell the organization
Delays caused by the client’s failure to respond, approve selections, or complete required steps
Clients are expected to arrive on time and fully prepared for their scheduled session. A late arrival may reduce the available photography time and does not guarantee an extension of the session.
If the client fails to attend the scheduled session or does not provide reasonable advance notice, the session may be considered completed and the photography fee forfeited. Any replacement or rescheduled session may require an additional photography or reservation fee.
CityBox Index™ may, at its sole discretion, permit one reasonable rescheduling request when adequate advance notice is provided and the photographer’s availability allows. Approval of a rescheduling request does not create an obligation to issue a refund, extend an associated placement term, or waive any additional costs.
Photography sessions are produced according to established CityBox Index™ editorial and visual standards. Final image selection, cropping, editing, presentation, and platform usage remain subject to CityBox Index™ editorial approval.
If the client fails to provide required information, approvals, wardrobe selections, or other requested materials, the photography session and any associated 12-month CityBox Index™ placement term may still proceed or begin within 30 days of payment unless CityBox agrees otherwise in writing.
CityBox Index™ may, at its sole discretion, allow reasonable editorial revisions or approve the substitution of another executive representative from the same organization. Such accommodations do not create an obligation to issue a refund, extend the placement term, transfer the photography session, or provide additional images.
If CityBox Index™ or its designated photographer determines that the scheduled photography session cannot be completed for reasons solely within its control, CityBox may offer a replacement session date, account credit, substitute photography arrangement, or refund at its discretion.
By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the CityBox Index™ photography guidelines, editorial standards, scheduling requirements, image-delivery terms, final-payment policy, and no-refund terms.
