As part of the CityBox Index™ experience, every participating member takes part in the CityBox Signature Portrait Experience™, created to establish a polished, professional, and visually consistent presence throughout the CityBox leadership ecosystem.
Important: Photography Investment Is Per Person
The $299 CityBox Signature Portrait Experience™ investment applies to one individual participant only.
Each executive, leader, owner, employee, or team member participating in the CityBox Index™ requires a separate $299 photography investment.
The $299 investment is not a group, company, department, or organizational photography fee.
For example, if an organization has four executives participating in the CityBox Index™, the photography investment would be:
4 participants × $299 = $1,196
Each participant receives their own individual photography session and two professionally edited, high-resolution images for their individual CityBox Index™ Executive Leadership Profile.
Group, team, staff, department, or organizational photography is not included in the $299 individual photography investment.
If CityBox offers group or team photography, it will be considered a separate photography service and separately priced arrangement.

Your CityBox Index™ Leadership Profile Photography
Your standard CityBox Index™ Executive Leadership Profile includes two professionally edited images from your individual CityBox Signature Portrait Experience™.
If you would like to create an even more dynamic visual presentation, you may purchase up to two additional images directly from the photographer.
Once those additional images are purchased, CityBox Index™ will incorporate them into your Executive Leadership Profile at no additional CityBox charge.
This gives each participant the opportunity to feature up to four professionally photographed images throughout their individual CityBox Index™ leadership presentation.
The purchase and payment for additional images are arranged directly with the photographer and are separate from the $299 CityBox photography investment.
Designed for Busy Professionals
CityBox Signature Portrait Experiences™ are offered four times per month on select dates and weekends, with available photography appointments scheduled in advance.
Each participant receives an individually scheduled photography session.
The photography experience is intentionally designed to be convenient, efficient, and professionally directed.
Each individual session lasts approximately 10 minutes, with a maximum session length of 15 minutes.
This streamlined format allows busy executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals to receive elevated, professionally produced imagery without the time commitment of a traditional photography session.
Please Arrive Early & Camera-Ready
Each participant is required to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled photography session and fully camera-ready.
Arriving early allows adequate time to:
• Settle in before stepping in front of the camera
• Freshen up following travel or arrival
• Make final wardrobe, hair, or appearance adjustments
• Receive any final photography direction
• Be completely prepared when the scheduled session begins
Your scheduled photography session should not be used for wardrobe changes, makeup application, hair preparation, or other personal preparation.
All personal preparation should be completed before your scheduled photography session begins.
Your session begins at your designated appointment time and lasts approximately 10 minutes, with a maximum session length of 15 minutes.
Photography Investment
The $299 one-time photography investment is required per person participating in the CityBox Index™ and is separate from any annual CityBox Index™ membership dues.
Photography pricing is per individual participant, not per organization, company, team, photography date, or scheduled photography block.
A separate $299 photography investment is required for each person being photographed.
Your individual $299 photography investment is paid directly to CityBox and includes:
• Your individual CityBox Signature Portrait Experience™
• Approximately 10 minutes of professional photography, with a maximum session length of 15 minutes
• Two professionally edited, high-resolution digital images
• Professional retouching and image processing
• Use of both included images within your individual CityBox Index™ Executive Leadership Profile
Additional photographs may be purchased directly from the photographer.
Because photography appointments require advance scheduling, photographer coordination, creative preparation, editing, production, and reserved resources, all photography-session payments are final and non-refundable once purchased, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
CityBox Index™ Photography Session Policy
Individual Participant Pricing
The $299 CityBox Signature Portrait Experience™ fee covers one individual participant only.
Each additional executive, employee, owner, leader, representative, or team member who participates in a photography session requires a separate $299 payment.
Payment by an organization for multiple participants does not convert the individual photography experience into a group photography package.
Each participant receives:
• Their own individual photography session
• Their own two professionally edited images
• Their own photography deliverables
• Their own image placement within their individual CityBox Index™ Executive Leadership Profile, when applicable
The $299 individual photography investment does not include:
• Group photographs
• Team photographs
• Staff photographs
• Department photographs
• Board photographs
• Organizational photographs
• Multi-person portraits
• Company-wide photography
Any group or multi-person photography requested by an organization must be separately approved, scheduled, and priced.
Final Payment & No-Refund Policy
Each CityBox Index™ photography session requires advance scheduling, photographer coordination, editorial preparation, creative planning, production scheduling, and the reservation of dedicated photography, editing, design, and digital-production resources.
For these reasons, all photography-session payments are final and non-refundable once payment is submitted, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Once payment is received, CityBox Index™ and its designated photographer may immediately begin:
• Reserving the photographer and photography-session date
• Coordinating the photography location and production schedule
• Preparing photography and presentation requirements
• Developing the visual and editorial direction
• Allocating photography, editing, design, and production resources
• Preparing for the participant's presentation within the CityBox Index™ platform
Submission of payment constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the photography-session policies, scheduling requirements, editorial standards, pricing terms, and final-payment provisions.
Photography Session Deliverables
The $299 CityBox Signature Portrait Experience™ includes two professionally edited, high-resolution images for one individual participant.
The images are selected and prepared according to CityBox Index™ editorial and visual standards.
Both included images are intended for incorporation into that participant's individual CityBox Index™ Executive Leadership Profile or for their personal & professional use.
Participants who would like additional photographs beyond the images may purchase them directly from the photographer.
Any costs associated with additional images, advanced retouching, additional photography services, additional locations, specialized production requests, group photography, or other services outside the standard individual CityBox Signature Portrait Experience™ are separate from the $299 photography investment.
Arrival & Session Timing
Participants are required to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled photography session and fully camera-ready.
Each scheduled photography session lasts approximately 10 minutes, with a maximum session length of 15 minutes.
Photography begins at the designated appointment time.
A late arrival will reduce the remaining photography time available.
Late arrival does not extend the scheduled photography session, delay subsequent appointments, or entitle the participant to additional photography time.
A participant arriving after the designated photography-session window may be considered a missed appointment.
One-Time Rescheduling Policy
CityBox understands that legitimate scheduling conflicts may occasionally arise.
Each purchased CityBox Signature Portrait Experience™ includes one opportunity to reschedule, provided the request is received at least 48 hours before the originally scheduled photography session.
A $49 rescheduling fee applies and must be paid before the replacement appointment is confirmed.
The replacement session must be selected from the next available CityBox Signature Portrait Experience™ dates offered by CityBox.
Once the replacement appointment is confirmed, the new appointment is final and is not eligible for an additional reschedule, transfer, credit, substitution, or refund.
The one-time rescheduling privilege applies to the individual participant and individual purchased photography session.
It does not permit an organization to substitute another executive or team member into the participant's reserved appointment.
Weather, CityBox-Initiated Changes & Extraordinary Circumstances
The $49 rescheduling fee will be waived when CityBox Index™ or its designated photographer determines that the photography session must be moved because of:
• Severe or inclement weather
• Unsafe travel or photography conditions affecting the scheduled session
• Venue closure or loss of access to the scheduled photography location
• Photographer unavailability
• A production-related circumstance that prevents CityBox from conducting the scheduled session
• Another circumstance affecting CityBox's ability to safely or reasonably conduct the photography session as scheduled
A CityBox-initiated, photographer-initiated, or qualifying weather-related schedule change will not count as the participant's one permitted reschedule.
In the event of a serious unforeseen personal emergency beyond the participant's reasonable control, CityBox Index™ may waive the $49 rescheduling fee as a one-time courtesy.
Any personal-emergency reschedule approved by CityBox will still count as the participant's one permitted rescheduling opportunity.
Approval of a fee waiver for a personal emergency is determined by CityBox based on the circumstances and does not create an ongoing entitlement to future exceptions.
Late Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy
Requests to reschedule received less than 48 hours before the scheduled photography session are not automatically eligible for rescheduling.
Except for a qualifying extraordinary circumstance approved by CityBox, a late cancellation or missed appointment may result in the photography session being forfeited.
Failure to attend a scheduled photography session does not create a right to:
• A refund
• A credit
• A transfer
• A complimentary replacement session
• An additional rescheduling opportunity
• Substitution of another team member
• Conversion of the photography investment to another CityBox product or service
A participant who forfeits a scheduled session and wishes to participate at a later date may be required to purchase a new photography session at the then-current rate.
Photography Payments Are Non-Refundable
The photography investment will not be refunded because of:
• A change in personal or business plans
• A scheduling conflict arising after the appointment has been reserved
• Failure to attend the scheduled photography session
• Late arrival
• Travel delays
• Failure to arrive prepared or camera-ready
• Failure to provide requested information, wardrobe, or materials
• Dissatisfaction with personal appearance
• Dissatisfaction with wardrobe, styling, hair, makeup, posing, or creative direction
• Preference for photographs other than those selected or delivered
• A decision not to use the delivered photographs
• A decision not to continue participation in CityBox Index™
• A change in employment, title, organization, ownership, or business structure
• A lack of inquiries, leads, referrals, publicity, sales, business opportunities, or other results
• Failure to complete required steps associated with the CityBox Index™ experience
Payment reserves professional photography, scheduling, editing, production, and digital resources for the specific individual participant.
It does not constitute payment for or guarantee any particular business, marketing, publicity, networking, revenue, or professional result.
No Transfer or Substitution
Photography sessions are reserved specifically for the individual registered for the CityBox Signature Portrait Experience™.
The photography session, payment, appointment, and included services may not be transferred, assigned, sold, gifted, or substituted to another individual, executive, employee, organization, or third party.
If an organization pays for a specific team member's photography experience, that payment remains associated with the individual participant for whom the session was reserved.
A change in employment, organizational affiliation, ownership, title, or business circumstances does not transfer the photography session or create a right to a refund, credit, substitution, or extension.
Group & Team Photography
The CityBox Signature Portrait Experience™ is an individual executive photography experience.
The $299 per-person investment does not include group, team, board, department, staff, or organizational photography.
If an organization would like a group or team photograph in addition to individual CityBox Signature Portrait Experiences™, the request must be arranged separately.
Any group photography offered by CityBox or its designated photographer will be subject to:
• Separate scheduling
• Separate photography fees
• Separate production requirements
• Separate editing and image-delivery terms
• Photographer and CityBox availability
Group photography is not automatically included because multiple executives from the same organization participate on the same photography date.
Editorial & Visual Standards
CityBox Signature Portrait Experiences™ are produced according to established CityBox Index™ editorial and visual standards.
CityBox Index™ retains editorial discretion regarding:
• Image selection
• Cropping
• Layout
• Image placement
• Presentation
• Profile design
• Editorial context
• Platform usage
• Visual consistency throughout the CityBox Index™ ecosystem
Professional editing and retouching are intended to create a polished and elevated presentation while maintaining the integrity of the photographed individual.
Purchase of the photography session does not provide the participant with editorial control over CityBox Index™ layout, profile presentation, design standards, or publication decisions.
Image Selection & Additional Images
The $299 per-person photography investment includes two professionally edited images for that individual participant.
The included photographs will be prepared according to CityBox Index™ and photographer production standards.
Any additional photographs desired by the participant must be purchased directly from the photographer at the photographer's applicable pricing.
If the participant purchases up to two additional images, CityBox Index™ will add those images to the participant's Executive Leadership Profile at no additional CityBox charge, subject to CityBox Index™ editorial and visual standards.
The purchase of additional images does not extend the photography session or modify the terms of the original photography reservation.
Circumstances Within CityBox's Control
If CityBox Index™ or its designated photographer is unable to conduct the scheduled photography session for reasons attributable to CityBox, the photographer, the venue, or another production-related circumstance within CityBox's control, the participant will not be charged a rescheduling fee.
CityBox may provide an appropriate remedy, including:
• A replacement photography date
• A substitute photography arrangement
• An account credit
• A refund of the photography-session payment when appropriate or legally required
A replacement session resulting from a CityBox-initiated cancellation or qualifying weather event does not count as the participant's one permitted personal reschedule.
No Guarantee of Business Results
Participation in the CityBox Signature Portrait Experience™ and CityBox Index™ is intended to provide professional photography, editorial presentation, and leadership visibility.
CityBox Index™ does not guarantee:
• Leads
• Referrals
• Sales
• Revenue
• Clients
• Customers
• Partnerships
• Media coverage
• Publicity
• Search-engine rankings
• Social-media engagement
• Business growth
• Employment opportunities
• Investment opportunities
• Any particular commercial or professional result
The $299 photography investment is payment for the individual photography experience, professional production, editing, and included digital images—not for guaranteed business outcomes.
Participant Acknowledgment
By submitting the $299 photography payment, the participant and, where applicable, the paying organization acknowledge and agree that:
• The $299 photography investment applies to one individual participant only
• A separate $299 payment is required for each executive, employee, owner, leader, representative, or team member being photographed
• The $299 photography investment does not include group, team, department, board, staff, or organizational photography
• Multiple participants from the same organization do not share one $299 photography investment
• The photography payment is final and non-refundable except where otherwise required by law
• The session is reserved specifically for the registered individual participant
• The photography session may not be transferred or substituted to another participant
• The participant is responsible for arriving at least 10 minutes early and fully camera-ready
• The photography session lasts approximately 10 minutes, with a maximum session length of 15 minutes
• Late arrival may reduce or eliminate available photography time
• Two professionally edited, high-resolution images are included per participant
• Additional images are purchased separately and directly from the photographer
• Up to two additionally purchased images may be added to the participant's CityBox Index™ Executive Leadership Profile at no additional CityBox charge
• One rescheduling opportunity is available with at least 48 hours' advance notice
• A $49 rescheduling fee applies unless waived under the qualifying circumstances described in this policy
• An approved personal-emergency reschedule counts as the participant's one rescheduling opportunity
• A CityBox-initiated, photographer-initiated, or qualifying weather-related change does not count as the participant's one permitted reschedule
• Once a replacement appointment is confirmed following a participant-requested reschedule, that appointment is final
• A missed appointment or late cancellation may result in forfeiture of the photography investment
• CityBox Index™ retains editorial discretion over the presentation of photography within its platform
• Participation does not guarantee any particular marketing, publicity, financial, business, or professional result
• The participant has reviewed and accepted the CityBox Index™ photography guidelines, scheduling requirements, editorial standards, image-delivery terms, final-payment policy, per-person pricing terms, and rescheduling terms
