• Professional executive portrait required (CityBox portrait or portrait approved to CityBox editorial standards).

• Marketplace placements feature people rather than logos, reinforcing trust and human connection.

• Placements are editorially designed and assigned by CityBox.

• Marketplace Presence is intended to increase visibility and awareness. CityBox does not guarantee inquiries, leads, sales, rankings, search placement, or business outcomes.

• Founding pricing is available for the first year of participation and is maintained during the active subscription period.

No Refund Policy

CityBox Cover Star Experience

The CityBox Cover Star Experience is a customized editorial, creative, and event production engagement. Because each experience requires the advance scheduling of photographers, creative professionals, venues, editorial resources, production personnel, and other third-party vendors, all payments made to CityBox are non-refundable.

Upon acceptance of this proposal and receipt of payment, CityBox immediately begins reserving production dates, coordinating vendors, developing editorial content, scheduling photography, allocating creative resources, and preparing marketing and event logistics specifically for the featured client. These commitments result in costs and production time that cannot be recovered.

For this reason, CityBox does not offer refunds for any payments made toward the Executive Editorial Experience or the Executive Editorial Experience – Signature Edition.

Should a scheduling conflict or unforeseen circumstance arise, CityBox may, at its sole discretion, work with the client to reschedule photography sessions, interviews, editorial production, or the Editorial Unveiling within a reasonable timeframe, subject to venue availability, vendor availability, and production schedules. Any approved rescheduling may be subject to additional costs incurred by CityBox from third-party vendors.

By accepting the proposal and submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this No Refund Policy.

Force Majeure & Client Delays: If production is delayed due to circumstances beyond either party's reasonable control (such as severe weather, venue closures, illness, or similar events), CityBox will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the affected portions of the experience. Delays caused by the client, including missed deadlines, unavailable participants, or failure to provide requested materials, may require rescheduling and may result in additional production fees.
