Step By Step
Step 1: Invitation or Application Participants are invited or may apply. All categories are limited and curated.
Step 2: Package Selection Participants select a page‑based editorial package (1–4 pages).
Step 3: Editorial Interview & Asset Collection A guided Q&A is provided. Complimentary photography session is provided with the option to purchase 5 edited photos directly from the photographer.
Step 4: PR + Legal Review All content must be approved by the participant’s PR representative, legal counsel, or compliance officer prior to submission.
Step 5: CityBox Editorial Review CityBox reviews for tone, ethics, disclosures, and compliance alignment.
Step 6: Digital Publication & Distribution Features are published digitally with controlled, professional distribution.
Mandatory Approvals
Before publication, all participants must confirm: • PR approval (if applicable) • Legal or compliance approval • Accuracy verification • Disclosure acknowledgment
