PHOTOGRAPHY RIGHTS & PUBLICATION AUTHORIZATION

To protect the featured leader, photographer, and publisher, every submitted portrait must have appropriate written publication authorization.

By participating, you must agree to the following:

1. Photographer's Copyright Permission

You must obtain written authorization from the photographer or legal copyright owner allowing CityBox Media Holdings LLC, CityBox Index™, and their authorized subsidiaries and affiliates to use the submitted images for the purposes described below.

2. Digital, Promotional & Print Publication

The authorization must permit use of the images in CityBox leadership profiles, websites, digital publications, CityBox Magazine, potential printed publications, social media, editorial promotions, event materials, and related marketing initiatives.

3. Rights to Your Name & Likeness

You must authorize CityBox to publish and promote your name, professional title, company information, approved leadership story, and professional likeness in connection with your feature and related CityBox initiatives.

4. No Additional Image Licensing Fees

The required photographic permissions must permit the authorized uses without additional royalties or licensing fees payable by CityBox.

5. Rights Verification

You must confirm that you possess the necessary permissions and that your submitted photographs and materials do not infringe another party's rights. CityBox may request written proof of the photographer's authorization before publication.

6. Editorial Approval

CityBox reserves the right to review, request replacement of, or decline photographs that do not meet its editorial, technical, authenticity, or licensing requirements.

Copyright ownership remains with the lawful rights holder. Publication authorization is governed by the separate CityBox Leadership Participation & Media Release Agreement, which must be accepted before publication.
