Important Loaner Wardrobe Policy

• Approved outfits may be borrowed at no rental charge.

• Clothing must be returned clean, undamaged, with tags intact, and suitable for resale according to Dillard's instructions.

• Lost, stained, damaged, altered, or unsellable merchandise must be purchased under Dillard's agreed loaner terms.

• Love your outfit? You may purchase it directly from Dillard's. Eligible items may qualify for special discounts.

• No purchase is required when loaner clothing is returned in acceptable condition.

Any purchase obligations and available discounts must be confirmed with Dillard's before accepting loaner clothing.

Allow at least two hours for makeup and preparation, plus travel time.

Want more than two portraits?

Additional professionally edited images, specialized retouching, and expanded commercial licensing may be purchased directly from the photographer.

Pricing is provided by the photographer.

Your two included photographs may be used for the personal and professional purposes described in your included license. Additional purchases are not required for those permitted uses.

INDIVIDUAL & CORPORATE PHOTOGRAPHY

Individual Portraits — $99 Per Person

Includes one 10–15-minute session and two professionally edited digital photographs.

Each participant requires a separate reservation and payment.

Corporate Teams & Group Portraits

Team photography, group portraits, and organizational photography are available by separate arrangement and may require custom pricing.

Personal Photography

Preserve your legacy with your beautiful portraits to share with your family & friends.

PHOTOGRAPHY APPOINTMENTS

Sessions are offered on select weekdays and weekends, generally up to four dates per month, subject to availability.

• Arrive at least 10 minutes early.

• Arrive fully dressed and camera-ready.

• Complete your makeup, hair, and wardrobe preparations before your appointment.

• Wardrobe changes are not included in the standard 10–15-minute session.

• Late arrivals may receive a shortened session.

Appointments are individually reserved and confirmed in advance.

PAYMENT, RESCHEDULING & REFUND POLICY

Please Review Before Purchasing

Advance Payment — $99.00

Full payment of $99 per person is required to secure your appointment.

Your reservation is confirmed after CityBox receives payment and issues written booking confirmation.

Reservations are nontransferable without prior written CityBox approval.

Non-Refundable Photography Investment

All photography purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly provided in this policy.

Refunds are not provided for voluntary cancellations, scheduling conflicts, changes of plans, late arrivals, or missed appointments.

If CityBox cannot provide the purchased photography service, an alternative appointment or applicable refund will be offered as outlined below.

Rescheduling — $49 Fee

Need to change your appointment?

• Notify CityBox at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.

• A $49 rescheduling fee applies to an approved participant-requested appointment change.

• Your original $299 payment transfers to your approved replacement appointment.

• One reschedule is permitted, subject to availability.

• The replacement appointment should be scheduled within 90 days of the original date, subject to availability.

• Additional changes require CityBox approval and another $49 fee if approved.

The $49 fee must be paid before your new appointment is confirmed.

Exceptions: The fee is waived for CityBox-initiated changes, photographer unavailability, and qualifying severe weather disruptions. Serious unforeseen personal emergencies may qualify for a fee waiver at CityBox's discretion.

Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Rescheduling requests received less than 48 hours before your session are not guaranteed.

• Voluntary late cancellations are non-refundable.

• Failure to attend your confirmed appointment without an approved change results in forfeiture of the $299 payment, except where required by law.

• A new $299 purchase is required to reserve another session following forfeiture.

• Late arrivals that prevent completion of the session may be treated as missed appointments.

If CityBox Must Reschedule

If CityBox or its designated photographer must change your appointment:

• No $49 rescheduling fee will apply.

• Your original payment transfers to an agreed replacement appointment.

• If CityBox cannot provide the purchased session and no mutually acceptable alternative is available, an applicable refund will be issued.

Verified photography or digital-delivery errors will be reviewed and addressed through appropriate correction, replacement services, or other applicable remedies.

How to Request a Change

Submit your request through the official booking contact provided in your CityBox confirmation.

All appointment changes must be approved and confirmed by CityBox in writing.

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

STEP 4 — Arrive Camera-Ready

Complete all styling and makeup preparations before your appointment and arrive at least 10 minutes early.

STEP 5 — Enjoy Your Portrait Session

Relax, enjoy professional photography direction, and let your confidence shine.

Your two professionally edited portraits will be delivered digitally according to the communicated production schedule.

IMPORTANT PARTICIPATION INFORMATION

This portrait experience is open to the general public.

Your photography purchase does not include CityBox Index Leadership Membership, editorial recognition, CityBox Magazine features, or Executive Marketplace advertising.

Photo usage is governed by the written license accompanying your images. Copyright remains with the photographer or designated rights holder unless otherwise agreed.

The $299 investment covers only the services described in this offer.
