Your Preferred Annual Membership begins upon activation and remains active for twelve consecutive months.
This is a prepaid 12-month membership. There is no obligation to continue beyond your membership term, and renewal is entirely optional.
Founding Member Renewal
During the 10th month of your membership, CityBox will send a renewal notification to the email address associated with your account.
This advance notice provides ample time to decide whether you would like to continue your membership for another 12 months.

By renewing before your current membership expires, you maintain uninterrupted membership and preserve your preferred Founding Member pricing.

Founding Member status and preferred pricing are benefits associated with maintaining continuous membership.
To retain your Founding Member status and the $299 preferred annual renewal rate, your membership must be renewed before the expiration of your current 12-month term.
If your membership expires without renewal, your Founding Member pricing will no longer be guaranteed.
Should you choose to return to CityBox Index™ after your membership has lapsed, re-enrollment will be subject to the membership rates, terms, benefits, and availability being offered by CityBox Index at that time.
Your previous $299 Founding Member rate may no longer be available.
This policy allows CityBox to preserve preferred pricing for members who maintain an active and continuous relationship with the CityBox Index ecosystem.
Complimentary 12-Month Digital Advertising
Your Founding Member Membership also includes twelve months of complimentary digital advertising within CityBox Index™.
Your digital advertising placement will be hyperlinked directly to your designated company or professional website, providing an additional pathway for visitors to discover and connect with your organization.
The complimentary advertising period corresponds with your initial 12-month membership term.
Continuing Your Digital Advertising
During the 10th month of your membership, you will also receive information about continuing your digital advertising beyond the complimentary 12-month period.
Digital Advertising Renewal: $99 Per Month
Continuing your digital advertising is completely optional.
If selected, your advertising placement will continue at $99 per month on a recurring monthly basis under the advertising terms in effect at that time.
Your CityBox Index membership and your digital advertising are separate renewal decisions.
At the conclusion of your initial 12-month term, you may choose to:
