One Professional PNG Portrait Required

Each Marketplace participant must provide:

One professionally photographed, high-resolution PNG image of the participating leader.

Photography must be current, generally no more than one year old, and meet CityBox editorial and lifestyle standards.

Photography is not included in the $299 investment.

You may work with your own qualified professional photographer or request a CityBox preferred photographer when one is available in your market.

The CityBox Photography Standard

CityBox prefers sophisticated lifestyle and editorial portraiture rather than traditional corporate headshots.

Ideal environments may include:

• Upscale furniture or interior design showrooms

• Architectural environments

• Museums and galleries

• Sophisticated hotels or restaurants

• Design studios

• Private clubs

• Contemporary urban or outdoor environments

• Other visually compelling settings

Office photography is appropriate when the environment itself provides the lighting, architecture, furnishings, composition, and visual character necessary for a strong editorial portrait.

The objective is not simply to document the workplace. The objective is to create a sophisticated editorial portrait of the leader.

Traditional headshots, selfies, screenshots, logo graphics, stock photographs, low-resolution images, AI-generated portraits, highly edited images, promotional graphics, and watermarked photographs are generally not accepted.

Portrait-Driven Advertising

CityBox does not use company logos, product photographs, banners, flyers, coupons, or traditional advertising graphics as the primary Marketplace image.

We feature you.

Your approved professional portrait is paired with your professional and company information and linked directly to your designated business or professional website.

This consistent format allows CityBox to maintain one sophisticated visual identity across participating professionals, companies, industries, and cities.

First Come, First Served

Marketplace placements are available on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability.

Participation does not include industry exclusivity.

As Marketplace pages fill, CityBox may create additional pages or reorganize placements to maintain the overall presentation.

CityBox Selects Your Placement

Your $299 investment secures 12 months of Marketplace visibility—not a specific page or position.

CityBox determines:

• Marketplace page

• Placement position

• Image cropping

• Layout

• Text presentation

• Page composition

• Overall design

Advertisers do not select their page, position, neighboring advertisers, or layout.

Placements may move as the Marketplace expands.

This standardized approach allows CityBox to create a seamless experience while eliminating unnecessary design and placement negotiations.

Photography Rights

Advertisers are responsible for obtaining appropriate photographer and image-use permissions.

CityBox does not routinely publish photographer names, photography credits, or watermarks.

Photography submitted for Marketplace use should therefore permit CityBox to publish, display, crop, resize, and format the approved image without requiring visible attribution, unless an attribution requirement is disclosed and accepted by CityBox in advance.

Your Marketplace Term

Your 12-month term begins when your approved Marketplace placement is published.

Required photography and professional information must be received and approved before activation.

Paid Advertising Placement

The CityBox Executive & Leadership Marketplace™ consists of paid advertising placements.

Marketplace participation does not constitute a CityBox endorsement, certification, ranking, verification, recommendation, or guarantee of business results.

No Automatic Renewal

Your Marketplace placement does not automatically renew.

Near the end of your 12-month term, you may choose whether to purchase another placement at the Marketplace rate available at that time.

By purchasing this Marketplace placement, you acknowledge that:

• Participation first comes, first served and subject to availability

• Your purchase provides 12 months of Marketplace visibility

• One professionally photographed high-resolution PNG portrait is required

• Photography is not included

• CityBox photography standards apply

• CityBox selects your page, position, cropping, layout, and presentation

• Specific pages or positions are not guaranteed

• Placements may move as the Marketplace grows

• Industry exclusivity is not included

• Portrait-driven rather than logo-based advertising is required

• Appropriate image and photographer permissions are your responsibility

• Submitted materials remain subject to CityBox approval

• Marketplace participation is paid advertising

• Business results are not guaranteed

• Your placement does not automatically renew
